Sweet little handmade record from Buenos Aires. The Tildaflipers have been around playing shows for a couple of years, and this looks to be their first release. Intimate and cozy bedroom production or quiet, go nowhere middles. Small keyboards, portable turntables, samplers & vocals (falsettos even), but no songs. Just bubbling-under, constantly self-interrupted loops & almost-beats that nearly break into Spacemen 3 psych-pop. They even deconstruct a few reggae moves. Fans of the Xpressway catalog of yore should really investigate.
